Additionally, our PMs perform high-level systems analysis to map Inmarsat Government solutions to your requirements and produce Statements of Work, Concepts of Operation and Project Plans, including thorough risk and quality management planning. They also manage overall scope, cost, service delivery, and perform regular project- and account-level reviews. This ensures that Inmarsat Government meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as your expectations.
After implementation, your Inmarsat Government PM coordinates logistics, configuration management and customer care to ensure you always have the complete performance picture. Our custom solution for Service Level Management and Reporting delivers Key Performance Indicators and Key Performance Parameters (KPIs/KPPs) that support trending analysis, SLAs and quality plans.
