Kenneth Mann

Kenneth Mann is Chief Operating Officer of Inmarsat Government Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inmarsat Group Holdings Limited, the world’s leading provider of global mobile satellite communications to the United States government.

Mr. Mann is responsible for the engineering, network operations, bandwidth management, information technology and cybersecurity teams. He oversees these teams to ensure collaboration and execution of Inmarsat Government’s major programs, strategic planning to capture new business, application of new technologies and architecting adaptive cyber security solutions to protect the company’s global network infrastructure.

Mr. Mann is a veteran of the U.S. Army with over 15 years of experience in satellite communications. His military career covered many areas to include satellite payload and Telemetry, Tracking, and Control (TT&C), Engineering, VSAT operation and maintenance, Teleport operations and maintenance, and system testing and development. Following the U.S. Army, prior to joining Inmarsat Government, Mr. Mann worked for ITT Systems Division as the Operations and Circuit Action Lead in Kuwait for the Camp Arifjan Standardized Tactical Entry Point (STEP) and first ever strategic Regional Hub Node (RHN); Systek where he served as a Project Lead and Systems Engineer supporting the Program Manager, Defense Communications and Army Transmission Systems (PM DCATS) Strategic SATCOM Systems division.

Mr. Mann holds a BS in Information Systems from Strayer University.
